I have sought out some of the best yoga teachers, movement coaches and motivators on the planet, implementing and experimenting with what I have learned. I use these experiences to work out the most valuable pieces of knowledge to pass on to my students. I pass on all I can in a class situation, but in one on one sessions, faster and more significant progress is made. I can help you with your goals, so you move forward, faster.

Strength And General Fitness Sessions
These sessions will be customised to a persons goal. Generally, it will consist of bodyweight positions and moves that help build overall strength and mobility. This can be helpful if you feel like your yoga practice has plateaued or you just want to feel more confident in your general physical capability.
