Come join me on October 14th for a Myo Fascial Release and Hip Opening Workshop. I have come from a background heavily focused on Rugby League, lifting weights and training hard. That same kind of space where little to no regard is given to any kind of mobility. At some stage i worked out i need to bring balance back to all the high impact heavy training i was doing and overtime i have made good progress in undoing some of the accumulated tightness through lots of yoga ( i eventually became a teacher ) and mayo fascial release. Coming from a place of epic tightness i can offer a unique perspective on how me can start to balance things out. In this workshop i will share all the things that i found worked for me personally and also that have worked for students who come to the yoga classes.
