This is the place where the focus is 100 % on you. We talk about what you would like to get out of the session/sessions, what specifically you would like to work on and i then work out the quickest way to take you next level.  

I'm constantly reading, researching and seeking out teachers who can help me develop my own practice. I believe that for me to be an effective teacher I must be on a cycle of constant improvement in my own practice. I have sought out some of the best yoga teachers, movement coaches and motivators on the planet, implementing and experimenting with the things I have learnt – then working out the most valuable pieces of knowledge to pass on to students. I pass on all I can in a class situation but it's in a 1 on 1 session where the significant progress is made. I can help you with you're goals so you move forward, faster. 

Private sessions are available for purchase in 1 Session and 4 Session bundles.

What will actually happen in a private 1 on 1 session?

You’ll have my total attention. We’ll discuss what you’d like to work on, the goals you have, and I work out ways to achieve them. There will be plenty of time for questions. Its an informal environment 

How many sessions should I do?

As many as you want. The 4 session pack comes with the value gaurentee and represents best value for money. Momentum is gained when we meet regularly and I'll send you away with things to work on.

Classes can take place at your home or office, or in a yoga studio space for an additional fee.
